The surgery has had some bad reviews, but I've only really had an issue once, a year ago, otherwise I can't complain with the service I receive whenever I need to contact the surgery.

Suggested improvements
On this occasion, I think everything was done as needed.

Made appointment through the text service as I had been sent a reminder. I have previously tried to make appointments by phone, being on hold for an hour and never spoke to anyone in the end. I can’t use the app to make an appointment for my son (under 3) so I worry about what to do if I need an appointment for him.

Suggested improvements
Better phone service, it could tell you how many call are in front of you so you can decide if it’s worth hanging on the phone for or if the number is actually going down.

My daughter had an awful earache that started Wednesday night. Rang first thing Thursday to be told to do Dr link. Did that it said be seen in 24 hours. They text saying they would book an appointment Friday and be in contact at a closer time. I ask if there's anyway she can be seen earlier was told no (so I accept the fate of her in agony for another night I get it doctors are busy). Thursday night comes and goes and naturally it's worse. Look at the appointment time and realise its in Sutton Benger. I can't get to Sutton Benger. Text the surgery to explain and do Dr link as symptoms worse. Dr link says be seen in 4 hours. Dr surgery text back. We have 3 practices either go to Sutton Benger or wait until Monday. So... Dr link says been seen in 4 hours... you want me to now wait until Monday? Usually I could get to Sutton but my car is broken. They honestly said they have no appointments in calne. Thank so much for your help.

Actually keep some emergency appointments in the town that 2 of your surgeries are based. I didn't realise that wouldn't be obvious.

Amazing service, phone answered on 3rd ring, completed from link, appointment offered later that morning, urgent bloods needed fitted me straight in. From start to finish all staff helpful, caring and professional! Thank you
